In partnership with Robert Kaufman Fabrics, Mod Green Pod launched the textile industry’s first competitively priced organic cotton craft and quilt fabric in 2010. Just as Mod Green Pod did before with upholstery products, the “Free to Grow” collection for Kaufman proved that consumers do not have to choose between beautiful fabrics and safe, sustainable materials. They can have both and at a price comparable to conventional fabrics. Kaufman released Mod Green Pod’s second collection, “Pick a Bunch,” in 2011, and two other collections are in development.
